What is Badjasparadijs?

Badjasparadijs is an online web shop for bathrobes and accessories, and is listed at The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under the registration number 34298502 and is located at Scheybeecklaan 20, 1942 LX Beverwijk, The Netherlands.
By us you will find bathrobes from the most popular brands in the bathrobe branch. Are you looking for a hip, trendy, fashionable, humoristic bathrobe; then you have come to the right place!

What does OSFM mean?

Almost all the bathrobes you will find in our web shop are marked OSFM. This abbreviation stands for One Size Fits Most. This means that all women bathrobes can be worn by everyone from size 34 to size 44 and the male bathrobes by everyone from size 46 to 58.
If you have any questions related to size; do not hesitate to mail or call us.

How can I order?

You can make your choice on the homepage and go directly to the picture of the product of choice. You can also select the button “Show all bathrobes” on the homepage in order to see our whole collection of bathrobes. In case you want to do a fast search you can use the function “go directly to” on the homepage. You can choose from children bathrobes, women bathrobes, male bathrobes and accessories.
If you would like to order the product, select the size and the amount you would like and then click on “Add”. Your product can now be found in the shopping cart (top right)! You can choose to continue shopping. When you are finished click on the shopping cart and your order will appear. In this window you can still make changes or delete products. From this point on you can follow the steps indicated clearly.

You will always receive an e-mail to confirm your order.
Please ensure you fill in your e-mail address properly. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs within the Netherlands are € 5,95 per order. 
For Belgium and Germany the delivery costs are always € 11,95 per order. 
We only deliver with the package service of TPG (Track and Trace) and in a high quality packaging.

Has my order been received?

You will always receive an e-mail to confirm your order. If this is not the case, your order has not been received or the email address you have filled in is not correct.
In both cases please contact us.

How can I pay?

You can choose from the following payment methods:

IDEAL
Easy, fast and safe and your order will be shipped within 1 working day. With IDEAL you can choose for the Rabobank, Postbank, ING, Fortis, SNS and ABN-AMRO. Keep your bankcard and if needed your random/digi-reader ready, this payment has to be done right away at the cash register.

Money transfer
You will receive the payment details via e-mail. You can make the payment by telebanking or check. You have to pay within 8 days and the order will be sent when the payment in received on the account of Badjasparadijs.nl

Mastercard & VISA
Please keep your credit card ready, this payment has to be done right away at the cash register.
(The order will be shipped within 1 working day.)

Paypal
Watch out! For this method you will need a PayPal account. (www.paypal.nl)
Your order will be shipped within 1 working day.

In case the payment did not work, please contact us. We can repair your payment.

Our bank details are not mentioned on the website because all transactions have a unique number. You always have to mention this transaction number upon payment.

Contact us within 24 hours by mail or telephone. We can repair the payment for you.

When will my order be shipped?

If you pay by CreditCard, Pay Pal or IDEAL, your order will be shipped within 1 working day.
If you transfer the amount, you order will be shipped 1 day after your payment has been received.

I would like to return a product

You are allowed to send a product back to us. Watch out! First read the General Terms and Conditions. After receiving the product, we will transfer the purchasing price excluding delivery costs to your bank account as soon as possible. For more information consult the General Terms and Conditions.
